The SIMON COMTE QUARTET's debut EP, recorded and mixed at Sear Sound Studio [New York] in June 2026 by the legendary James Farber !

The EP will be officially released on November 6 by Flak Records and will be available on all music streaming services. !STAY TUNED!

Very excited to share that together with my brothers Chet Carlson and kabelo Mokhatla, we won the DOWNBEAT’S 48th ANNUEL STUDENT MUSIC AWARD for BEST GRADUATE ENSEMBLE!

I also got 2 awards for outstanding performance and one for outstanding soloist! Thank you, DOWNBEAT!

FEBRUARY 2025

Simon Comte was the guest of the world-renowned, Grammy-winning WDR Big Band from Cologne, performing as a soloist with them as part of their "Young Cats" program!
